Dr. Mariah Jeffery holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and began her career as an IBM Global Business Services Consultant. After shifting to online teaching to balance family life, she pursued her long-standing passion for real estate.

Mariah brings a wealth of personal real estate investment experience to her role as an agent. Having purchased her first property at just 19, she has since owned and managed over 30 residential units, as well as diverse commercial properties, including office, retail, multifamily, and mixed-use spaces. Her expertise spans NNN properties, 1031 exchanges, loan assumptions, sale-leaseback transactions, and Opportunity Zones. Mariah is licensed in both Wyoming, Colorado, and South Dakota, offering her clients deep insights and hands-on knowledge across these markets.

Mariah earned her CCIM designation in 2022, combining her expertise in real estate and business to help others find their ideal homes and investment properties.

A Florida native now based in Cheyenne, Mariah enjoys running and triathlons, having completed all six World Marathon Majors and triathlons up to the half-iron distance, including Escape from Alcatraz. She lives with her husband, daughter, and their lab mix.
